When is the website open?

We open the first and third week of every month. Follow our social media to stay updated.

Why is the website closed?

At the moment, Cursed Studios is run and operated only by me. My shop consists of only made-to-order items. To ship orders within reasonable amounts of time, I close the website to work on the made-to-order items before reopening again.

If I order a mix of made-to-order items, will they ship together or separately?

Your order will be shipped once all items are completed.

Need to make changes to an existing order?

Order changes can only be made 24 hours after completing your purchase. Please review—the confirmation email after completing your purchase to ensure that the correct items and sizes were chosen.

If an order needs to be changed, please email thecursedstudios@gmail.com. If you send an email before 24 hours, your purchase will be updated. So that you know – all emails will be responded to as quickly as possible. This can take a day or two for me to answer.

Keep in mind:

  • When sending an email, please provide your order number, shipping address entered, and name used to locate your order. 
  • All necessary changes will be made within the 24-hour window, even if you do not receive a response the same day.
  • After 24 hours, if an order needs to be changed, we will either cancel the entire order or partially process a refund for you.
  • All of our items are made-to-order. Production begins a few days after the order has been placed, so we only allow 24 hours to make any changes.

I need to change my shipping address.

When sending an email, please provide your order number, shipping address entered, and name used to locate your order.

If you need to make an address change, please include the complete shipping address, including name, city, state, and zip code to which you would like to change it. This includes apartment or building numbers.

How do I wash my clothes?

We highly recommend washing all items in cold or cool water. Tumble dry on delicate or low heat. For designs with prints, wash them inside out. Flipping your clothing inside out will add a layer of protection & will prevent other garments in the same load from rubbing against the print. Not following wash recommendations may lead ink to fade off.

Shipping, returns, and exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing youthat I have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

At the moment, I will not be shipping overseas. But this will be an option in future drops. Follow my social media pages to stay updated! 

How can I reschedule my missed delivery?

Please contact the Postal Service handling your delivery. Once your package is handed over to the delivery company, we are no longer responsible.

Why is my package being returned to the sender?

A package can be returned due to a few reasons. Below are the most common.

  • Insufficient address
  • The customer failed to provide a complete shipping address. Common mistakes are no Street number, failing to provide an apartment number, wrong City, or wrong zip code entered.
  • Unable to forward.
  • The person is no longer at the address. Common reasons are recent moves, living on campus, or being away for the holidays.
  • Shipping address mistake.

There are other reasons a package may be returned to the sender if the carrier cannot deliver the package.

What do I do if my package is returned to Sender?

If your package is being returned to us, we will follow up with you once we receive it. We will know the reason for the return when the package arrives. Returned orders are reviewed twice a week.

If the package is returned due to an insufficient address or cannot be forwarded, we will confirm the shipping address with you before three packaging it and sending out the order again.

If the error is due to the customer's mistake, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for redelivery. I will let you know how to proceed if you want us to send the package again. Otherwise, a refund will be issued for the items only.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund has been issued, it can take 5 to 7 business days to process before the refund returns on your end.
